saying tomorrow doesnt really help much, can you just say whether itll be just after midnight or later on in the day, if its later on in the day i can go to bed :)

With all due respect, this is about the crappiest rollout I've ever seen. They want this to be big and get a lot of press, but can't even answer a basic question such as "what time will it start".
Sources say it will be 8pm GMT!!!!!!

what time zone is this being launched in? its 11.25am on the 9th here in +12GMT - are the hosts UK time? US time?
Is this game completely online (i.e. google maps)or is there a chance it could be played in google earth.

Hmm. It seems that the French are online, but not the British at 1am London time.
Does that mean that the French have a head start?
Bad roll out, it would have been better to advertise a direct start time and let some people just have to sit up till 3am, rather than a rolling roll out where no one knows. Especially as the Brits and the Americans will be using the same site, while the French get a different one.

I think it will be online at 9am server time... it's about 5pm server time... so in 16hours must be the rush start...

What do you mean by it'll be available till Jan 2010? what will happen to the game after that?
Where do you register for playing google monopoly ? Wheres the links ? And do you download the game or is it online ???? I searched all over Google and cant find any links

There is an issue with wide screens or resolutions, you only see the logo, if you choose full screen you will see the play button, but still can't figure out how to register....

Hi, i've just been playing and i think the game lacks some features that would make it bigger than WoW =D (just kidding)
You should make it possible to win money more regularly.. only once a day is pretty boring - i've just spent all my money and now i have nothing else to do..
And it should be possible to send messages to other players and to bulldoze random buildings on the streets, just because they're on a street we want to buy..
Also an buiding upgrade system wouldn't hurt..
If the game system was more evolved, you could have items/upgrades/game money/different tokens paid with real money (paypal or cellphone) and it would earn more than the real copies of the Monopoly board game ;D

some problems from Germany
1. I received a card to destroy a building from an enemy, so i decided to keep it and not to use it now because there was the posibility to "Ablegen" the card, in Germany this means "keep it" but i could not find it any more so i guess this was "Trash it" not kepp it, so if you talk about "trash it" pleas use "wegwerfen" or "Nein Danke" if you mean keep it like store it use "behalten" or "aufbewahren"
elsewhere where can i find my cards?
2. could you separate the Login from the search? And what is the check-box "Passworterinnerung" in the login? If i use it without my password i could not log in, there is no passwordreminderquestion and if i don't use it i also could not log in what is it for? Big translation problems i guess, i could help feel free to ask
3. Playing with Opera 10.x is no fun, if you manage to log in and bought a street you can build houses, fine, but you could no longer use the lower menu line, it is dead, nothing is working, seriously nothing, the upper menu is working well, and i could build houses, enough money but not able to buy streets
4. searching for streets could be created easier, it is hard to get a specific street if it is wanted ... maybe make a a-z list for every city or every street click-able or something like that would be nice, maybe a square to klick in the zoomed map to buy a street
5. what is with the message box? i could not send messages so why is it there? throw it away save traffic and a lot of spamingtrouble

SOme people has billions of monopoly dollars already in just 2-3 days, ad the system has berely been working the firsth 2 days. how can they have so much money? i mean you start with 3milion let's say second day they get 3 times that ammount so 9 million, tirth day 3 times that ammount 27 million. i mean is just me who gets money once a day or are they other ways to get moeney as well? (loggen in the whole day yesterday.

How do you know when you've received a chance card? I,ve been playing for three days now and have yet to receive a chance card (at least I don't think I have). Does it show in your Alerts?

How do some people have all the money that they do so early in the game. Also, I don't see anywhere, a clear HOW TO PLAY, section on the site. The how section on the site only shows some basic info... will

I've been playing for two days now and i've found a technique to win more money.. i don't know if it's failproof, but here it is:
usually, you buy a street on your town and when you build a Green House, it costs 50.000 to build and you get from 7.000 to 20.000 a day..
If instead of a regular street, you find a really big street that costs a million (1.000.000) buy it and the house will still cost 50.000, buy it will earn you 50.000 a day instead of the regular low rents.. if instead of the house you buy a 500.000 building, you'll get that daily =D
does the GreenHouse use as much 'cones' as a bigger building ?

Many streets are free and are well on OpenStreetMap but I can not buy them! While next door, some roads are already used by other players!
I can not get a street in making a bid, and therefore must wait 7 days!

I am wondering why pull it down on Jan 31 2010? I think it would be a successful MMO add a few different servers for people to log in maybe as well as added play elements as I have a few friends whom are willing to pay to play this kind of game if it should continue after Jan 31 2010.

If after 5 streets you are charged 3% of the over all then it really makes no sense to own more than 10 streets and put the biggest buildings on them. You are try to make it like a real life property magnate then why are we limited.
As i grow i want more but buying more with leave me with less money as the 3% comes off the overall rent not each street i really can see this sucking.
I have misunderstood the TAX faq then I will gladly take this back but I really did read it several times what do you think.
Q: How does daily tax work?
A: There is only one certainty in MONOPOLY City Streets. Tax. Just like in real life, tax now plays an integral part of the game. Tax works as follows: The first 5 streets owned are not taxed. Thereafter the current tax rate is 3% PER STREET you own. For example, if you own 15 streets your tax will be 30% of your total rent collected every day. If you own 25 streets your tax will be 60%. Remember, at 38 streets you will effectively be taxed 100% and so won’t be making any profit and your bank balance won’t increase.
How do I retrieve the money I bid on a property if I'm outbid or the owner wants more money or I simply change my mind?
I bought a street and after a couple minutes somebody put a hazard building on my street, in the next couple minutes I got two Bulldozer Chance card, first time I tried to get rid of the hazard, but it didn't work, then I gave up, 2nd time I spent more time trying to figure out, finally I decided to give up that account and the street.
So, can you tell me it's the game's or my computer's? I noticed that before the reset and read a lot of reports about it. Is it fixed? Can you give me some advice to fixt that if that's not the game's issue? Thanks!

The game is wrong, that is. If the rules are the same for everyone, I'm leaving NOW.

I get this offer to demolish any building. I select the opponent. Then get the dynamite out? Where is the tab to do it? How does this work. I know ignorance is bliss. Appreciate if somebody will lift the bliss here.
