We are listening. We understand and hear your frustration as you’ve tried to play Monopoly City Streets during the past 36 hours. We are reading every post and recording every glitch -- and we're working to fix them all.

Since yesterday, we've increased our capacity three-fold, which enabled more new users to get to play the game. While this means more people are playing at any given moment in time, it also means that game play is still sluggish.

Without getting into all the technical details, we can assure you that we are making significant upgrades over the next several days and are taking all the necessary steps to avoid similar issues going forward.
