About CentOS:
The Community ENTerprise Operating System (CentOS) is an Enterprise-class Linux Distribution derived from sources freely provided to the public by a prominent North American Enterprise Linux vendor. CentOS conforms fully with the upstream vendors redistribution policy and aims to be 100% binary compatible. (CentOS mainly changes packages to remove upstream vendor branding and artwork.) The CentOS Project is the organization that builds CentOS.

Note:
CentOS is an Operating System and it is used to power this website; however, the webserver is owned by the domain owner and not the CentOS Project. If you have issues with the content of this site, contact the owner of the domain, not the CentOS project.
Unless this server is on the CentOS.org domain, the CentOS Project doesn't have anything to do with the content on this webserver or any e-mails that directed you to this site.
For example, if this website is www.example.com, you would find the owner of the example.com domain at the following WHOIS server:
http://www.internic.net/whois.html
It is hanging in Chrome but seems to be getting past the first loading screen in Firefox.
well i put in an offer just before everything crashed... hmm...
after it loaded for about 20 minutes, it finally gave me a blank screen :(
It's just started, it can have 500 players online, right? So......WHY THE HELL IS NOT WORKING? hahahaha

Right on though that Apache is installed properly...
Desde España solo carga la intro del juego... ¿A alguien le funciona?
If I could just... move... my... arm!

AH VA SE FU!
this is country-discrimination. I will take google to court.
I'm staring at a big black screen with 'Loading...' in a red box. In Australia. =(
hey i can see some the city maps like in googlemaps, but i cannot see any streets to buy

EN ESPAÑA SALE LA INTRO PERO DE HAY NO SE MUEVE. SABE ALGUIEN ALGO????
just when I wanted to play a game and quit my real life, google fails :(
Yeah ruby it takes a while to load and after it does you get country not supported
is there a list of supported countries??
man you guys are loosing a lot of fans here!
In Finland I get only Apache test page.
Is game really live or what's going on?
Problem on my end or somewhere else?
I have just installed Apache on computer to save on bandwidth. It plays just the same.
Jose Enrique: No se sabe nada de momento, creo que tendremos que esperar un poco...
I can't buy any streets either
is not working....
game's live but server's overloaded.
@Marc - Creo que funciona mejor en los estados unidos. Estoy intentando desde irlanda pero no funciona bien. Puedo ver el mapa pero no puedo comprar nada...
You've got a configuration issue http://monopolycitystreets.com/ (no www) takes you to the centos dashboard.
Load test people. I know it is hard and not all the cheep but you really did need to do it.
Arghh No Australia? Can't get past the little man wanting to shake my hand!
I dont think it works for anyone at the moment.
Is your System Administrator a hamster?
So... all that money wasted on the 486 based web server! Only Hasbro.....
>> Load test people.

@Donal - Desde aquà en España solo se puede ver la intro del juego, esperemos que pronto se solucione... :S
Seriously guys? This really looks like a load testing issue...
But surely, they must have planned for this??
Although, f5 away? I'm sceptical...
Managed to buy a street, Whoohoo!
i got in, got onto london then it died, not been able to get back on as yet
Daniel -> What country you in?
This is strange. The game looks exactly like a fresh Apache installation.
How could it not have Australia... pfft.. lot motivation now

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HeRaXfsdSQ
>> So, anyone got past the "shake hands with
>> Mr. Monopoly" music-enabled screen?
I did. It's just a google maps screen with menu header and footer, and some menu boxes to buy or sell things. they didn't work so well :o|
to get past the mr monopoly screen you have to view full screen to see the 'play' button.
Not that it works if your aussie like me
I can't believe how much you lot are wingeing over a FREE game!
If you were paying, fair enough, but as it's FREE, stop moaning and have some patience!
managed to choose the language... and then that's it.. back to F5 again and again
jaja!

The message you get if you're in AU....
Country not supported yet
Sorry the game is not yet availble for your country, please try again later.
LOL. Não passo do ecra de carregar.
Servers down on 1st 10 minutes LOL.
Now to wait forever...
@Donal - ¿Tu también estas esperando, verdad? :)
Fullscreen? Come on!
You have to scroll down when the Monopolyman wants to wank you.
LOL all you people with Firefox out there, just go to Fullscreen mode! Menu View->Full Screen (or just hit F11), then you should be able to see a Play button!
@Donal - ¿Tu también estas esperando, verdad? :)
For me it starts to load Google Map but it stops and IE tells me that there are errors on the page.

BAM
It´s like southpark
"aaaaand ... it´s gone"
I´m getting a black screen only. I´m from Brazil.
Where can you get a username/password?
How do you create an account?
Create an account: find a property, hit 'buy' it'll prompt you.

Working in NZ... Sorta.
"Um... Our servers are down. We're trying to find out if the building with them has been demolished. Best give us some time and come back a bit later."

forum per la community italiana!
Losing my patience!
sloooooow
guess you didn't expected so many people trying to play :)
I see the streets highlighted. Got the list of street once but couldn't do anything. I have reloaded the application. And now impossible to get the list of streets!
Think Im going to buy George Street and some other nice Aussie streets... just to tease the Aussies a bit when they are finally able to log in. :D
"Um... Our servers are down. We're trying to find out if the building with them has been demolished. Best give us some time and come back a bit later."
COMPLIMETN!!!
clap clap clap
@Daniel - ¿Como has conseguido registrarte?
@Donal - ¿Como has conseguido registrarte?
I would like to buy but it doesn't load the available streets!
This is the WORST LAUNCH of any Launch in the history of the internet. What a joke!
finally managed to buy a street! \o/
lol just open the old box with monopoly and play, at least it doesnt crash.....
Seems like a closed beta or a CDN simple round robin load balance would do the job :/
what do u do if the apache http server test page comes up?
Kieran;
make sure that www. is before the address
Thanks. I have been doing that, but i think its just not working at the moment. shame. cheers for your help
Thats horrible! You take 5min to load list of streets. It proposes you streets to buy which have already been bought :(
Yawn, not available in Australia....still...off to bed. Very poor!!!!
I've found a street, clicked on Buy but then enter my details to register and nothing happens. A "loading" sign hangs for a few seconds then nothing. Very poor launch
work in IE8, but no streets available in portugal ... :(
I lost a bunch of money buying a street, but didn't really get to buy the street according to the site, and apparently I can buy the street again...
I'm guessing that this is just a glitch? =)
this suxx... Australia is not supported.
Why did google make it impossible to play, for example buy US or UK land/property?
Very very annoying, especially after waiting an hour just to see this message.
It has been over an hour now.
After 2 attempts to buy a street and having my registration not accepted.
I finally got my registration accepted however the street I wanted is already sold.
Now it just hangs at loading loading loading
DOS ???
ah, and I guess that the lucky country players will be able to buy at places outside their own country introducing an unfair disadvantage to others joining later... even if they would be able to buy only in their own the later coming is disadvantaged unless there is a country limitation so you buy where you are - based on your IP address - shall I just go and change to another proxy? This is lame, unfair this way and really deserves a complete reset so everybody gets the same chances.
Or... will there be several Earth instances just like in MMO, one Earth instance for US Americans, one for Australians and so?
I want to buy all of Brixton...but...I can't get past Mr. Monopoly. Can't see the full screen either...I'm not that literate. Anyone know how I can see full screen and make some progress? cheers. Adam x
